ZB is a gentle bodywork therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationship between body structure and energy, aiming to release tension and promote overall well-being. Gentle pressure and gentle traction on areas of tension to create points of balance, around which the body can relax and reorganize. A ZB session leaves you with a wonderful feeling of inner harmony and organization. What to wear; T-shirt, comfortable pants & socks.
